Payment of Appraisal Fees

In order to submit payment, an appraisal assignment quote must be agreed upon. For appraisal of residential properties, typically, the agreement can be verbal. In this case, an invoice showing payment will be sent when payment is received.

In the case of non-residential properties, an appraisal assignment quote must be signed by the client, or an engagement letter must be sent and signed by the appraiser. Then, an invoice will be sent to request payment as per agreement.
