A Versatile and Intensive Appraisal Practice
Our leader's appraisal experience is varied and includes all types of real properties, including properties with unique and/or complex characteristics even when the markets were positive. This fact gives us competitive advantage regarding the most important thing in real estate appraisal: solve the appraisal problem, identify the relevant attributes of properties, because they vary depending on the market and location.

Having an experienced instructor give us profound current knowledge to solve a wide variety of appraisal problems. Our Director, Carlos Alberto Santiago-Flores, has over 16 years of teaching experience as professor in real estate appraisal advanced courses at the Instituto de Evaluadores of Puerto Rico (IEPR). We also offer custom seminars and educational activities for appraisers and the general public. In 2015, our appraisal director was certified as an In-state instructor by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). Our director enjoys an excellent reputation as an educator.

En 2015, nuestro director de valoración fue certificado como instructor de estado por la Asociación Internacional de Oficiales Evaluadores (IAAO, por sus sigla en inglés).
